Kwekwe Bulk Ore Logistics is securing a sizable TFR rail wagon allocation from Transnet Freight Rail (TFR), predominately for transporting iron ore, manganese and coal from inland mining operations to coastal ports for export. TFR rail wagons allocation is part of Transnet Private Sector Participation (PSP), where private logistics companies directly invest and operate allocated railroad routes. Kwekwe bulk ore is well-positioned to become a major manganese and iron ore transporter under this allocation scheme.
